New Comprehensive APC for observation patients

I am new to CDI, and at this time only look at inpatients. In the near future, I may start looking at outpatients. I recently read about the new comprehensive APC payment for observation patients, and I have some question. What does this mean for outpatient CDI? Has anyone made changes to the process they use because of this? Thanks for any information you might be able to provide.
