neurogenic claudication
I did a look back and saw that there was a thread on neurogenic claudication in November.
I just want to confirm- my take is that the best choice (working with what we have in ICD-10) is M48.06 and not G9519 (which codes to an MCC)?
The coding pathway in 3M brings you to G9519, but it does not seem appropriate to code this condition to a vascular myelopathy.
