bronchoscopy with tracheostomy

Hi Everyone,

Hoping for some clarification regarding bronchoscopy, if I use 0WJQ8ZZ inspection of respiratory tract, changes to a surgical DRG. Does anyone use that code?

    I am not sure of the exact procedure without further documentation but for a simple diagnostic bronch for inspection I get 0BJ08ZZ. I think your body system is incorrect. I do not believe that throws you in a surgical DRG.
