3M 360- MD Workflow Tool- electronic queries

Hi, Wondering if anyone has implemented 3M's MD workflow tool that sends auto queries or queries input by the CDI to the physician electronically? We are thinking of implementing this and wondering if it's all it's cracked up to be! Also would be interested if someone is using this tool with Meditech CS (specifically 5.66), but any Meditech CS version user would be interesting to chat with!

    Hi,

    We went live with the automated queries briefly and have it currently shut off.  We are looking to go back live once we get a patch that enables CDI to review the query prior to automatically being sent to the provider.  We use Soarian for EHR and 3M 360 Encompass for CDI software.

    We did a trial on this tool and found that it was just not ready for live use. We will be waiting for updates before considering it again.

    uh oh! That's what I figured. We are on 3M right now to get us in contact with a client who has Meditech CS so that we can see how it looks within Meditech.
