I'm not sure which heading this falls under but I'm looking for info from programs that have a sort of "clinical" ladder within CDI

    good Info, I've been a CDS in my hospital for 8+ years and have no different title or job description than those who've just started, I get bored easily with this rut, it's like starting over every time we have a new hire, very tiring.
