would anyone have and be willing to share a tool they use to help identify how new CDI staff are progressing in their orientation.  Some type of audit spreadsheet?

How do people assess how their orientees are doing. do you do an test, an assessment, have metrics to guide you. anything would be helpful

I have no formal process but review cases behind the new employee for appropriate PDX, coding, any missed opportunities, etc.. I also review queries for compliance and appropriateness.
