NSTEMI 2 AND E-MEASURES

Does anyone have experience with E-Measures? How do you deal with the NSTEMI 2 diagnosis since it codes identically as NSTEMI. Our Practitioners are concerned that they will be dinged for not being compliant with core measures because the code for NSTEMI/NSTEMI 2 is the same, even though it may not appropriate be to treat NSTEMI 2 with core measure meds..     At our facility, the cardiologists have been using the term "demand ischemia" rather than NSTEMI 2. I have no familiarity with E-measures, but maybe if you get them to adopt that terminology the issue goes away?
