Remote Coder Policy help. PLEASE!

I am just full of questions lately. Sorry!
Hoping you guys can help me out again. I need a job description for Remote Coders. Does anybody have one that they are willing to share? Also, if you have any process or policies regarding remote coders that works for your facility that you could share i.e.do the coders come on-site for a certain period of time, or routinely every quarter or 6 months etc. or are they managed completely remotely? Does your hospital provide any equipment, computer, printer, internet? Are they employed through an agency or directly with the hospital? I know it's not typical CDI questions but many of you manage both coders and CDI and we need all the help we can get! My e-mail address is rmeyer@frhg.org if it's easier to reply that way.
