This question is for small CDI departments with approximately a 300 to 400 bed hospitals.
My dept is a dept of 3.5, with a 500+ bed hospital.
We are looking to readjust how we divided our workload ,choice of pt charts, service and units.
How do smaller departments decided which charts
charts to review, outside of the IUC.
