We used The Advisory Board Company at a community hospital where I used to work. I enjoyed working with them, and felt they offered us a lot of insight and education. After we had been with them for awhile we sometimes had issues with getting them to run new data (rather than using data from their original assessment that was done two years prior). But other than that I always had positive experiences with them.
