Posterior Sagital Anorectoplasty Code

Anyone have any idea if 0DTP0ZZ is correct for this procedure? The descriptor is resection of rectum which implies the entire rectum was removed...banging my head against the wall on this one. ICD-9 code maps to this ICD-10 PCS code, just not sure of the accuracy.

    Here is what I found recently:

    0DSP0ZZ per coding clinic 3Q2017. Use REPOSITION. Also per Coding Clinic: The anastomosis of the rectum to the anus is integral to repositioning of the rectum so don't code separately.
