What do you use to compute the financial impact of CDI/  Just from queries or from queries and reconcilliation with coding to use higer weighted DRG?

    We only track the impact from answered queries.  We do not consider the reconciliation process as part of the impact report.

    How do you determine the query impact without knowing the final coded DRG? and without knowing if your cc query was actually the 3rd cc on the case?
