A Fib w/ RVR

What code do you use to identify the "RVR" part of A Fib w/ RVR?  I have been using R00.0 Tachycardia, unspecified.
Also, would you use the Rapid Ventricular Response as the Principal Diagnosis?  It is often management of the RVR that prompts admission when the Atrial Fibrillation is chronic.

    Rapid Ventricular Response is a symptom of Afib.

    Code Afib as principal. It is simple, dont up-code and do not make in complicated!
