Survey on denial rates

I am collecting information on frequency of INPATIENT denials to try and establish a basic benchmark to rate the success of our INPATIENT denials management program and to try and determine what an average denial rate is. I can find data on percent of denials by payers but am looking for a more basic benchmark, percent of denials by discharge. Whatever information you can share will be most appreciated. My analytics team was able to easily pull this information from our data bases. I will be happy to share de-identified data with everyone who responds and probably as a poster at a future ACDIS conference.
