New Hire Assessment Questions
Good morning all! My team is looking to develop a 10-20 question pre-hire assessment for new CDS's. We're looking to assess critical thinking skills and clinical knowledge, not necessarily knowledge of CDI or coding. Does anyone have anything they would be willing to share? Or any test questions that you think would be important? Thanks so much for any insight!
