CDI software solutions?

Hello,

I was wondering what CDI software other hospitals use and would welcome any positive or negative feedback on software. I am trying to investigate options for our hospital. We currently use the Epic CDi module and 3M.

    Nuance/Clintegrity is a very cumersome program. Education modules are not what they advertise.  It has many challenges that are not easy to overcome. I do not recommend this program.

    We use Epic for medical record, Nuance/clintegrity as an encoder, and Iodine for CDI software.  We love Iodine-it isn't perfect but it definitely gets the job done!

    We use the EPIC CDI module & medical record interfaced to 3M.  The EPIC CDI portion is in it's infancy as an add on to the medical record & leaves something to be desired, like it wasn't designed by anyone who actually works in CDI.  Much of our work is done in 3M, although not all the documents cross the interface, so we review documents in both.
