CDI Technology
My administration is encouraging our CDI department to embrace technology so we are currently looking at different CDI assistive software. We have demo software that uses NLP (Natural language processing) vs. artificial intelligence- Some come with consulting services, some do not. I am searching for a type of "consumer report"-side by side comparison of key differentiators and satisfaction ratings for CDI software. Anyone run across any type article?
