3M 360 MD- Question about Nurse Practitioners/PA's

Does anyone use 3M 360 MD (electronic queries)? We've come across an issue. A lot of time we issue queries to NP's or PA's. They are allowed to document in the record and respond to us; however, an MD must always sign behind them. This system doesn't seem to allow for that. Anyway around this?
