700g 26 week newborn who develops Ventilator associated Pneumonia at DOL 21. How would you code this?

    I was struggling with this because the encoder took me to P278 & there is an excludes 1 note for J95851 and P278. P278 doesn't seem like the right code but I don't understand why there is an excludes 1 note.
