Emptying of bladder of urine during Cystoscopy

The emptying of the bladder of urine during a Cystoscopy took me to a Surg DRG. Find this probably incorrect and wondered if anyone could weigh in for me.  Thanks!

    Emptying the bladder of urine seems like it would be included in the cystoscopy.  However, if I were to code it I would use: 0T9B8ZZ Drainage of Bladder, via natural or artificial opening, endoscopic.
    This code did not affect the DRG when I tested it in our encoder.
