mModal and Query Compliance

We are looking at implementing mModal with EPIC but have some concerns about the wording they use in their prompts with the physicians.  Although the prompts they use are not technically queries, nor are they part of the permanent medical record, many of us feel they should still be treated as such.  We do have the ability to reword the questions, but then worry about maintaining them.  Any one else using mModal and how have you dealt with this possible concern?

We recently implemented mModal at our hospital. I was able to modify what was presented in the prompts to a certain extent to the physicians. I also had the lab values used changed to reflect what we were the ranges used at our hospital. There was no additional cost to do this.
