CDI in the NICU

Does anyone have any information on CDI in the NICU setting? I'm starting a new job and this is where I will be primarily. I know APR-DRGs are used and SOI/ROM. Currently when I do adult reviews and compare the MS- DRG and APR-DRG I notice the RW is considerably lower in APR. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
