Capturing cardiac catheterization if no stents or angioplasty performed with MI.

I would appreciate any help on how to capture a cardiac catheterization procedure in patients that present with an myocardial infarction but no stent or angioplasty is performed. The last info I saw on this procedure was from 2011 and was wondering if anyone knew of newer guidelines or other tips to capture this procedure if possible.

As far as I can tell, a diagnostic heart cath has no impact on Acute MI DRG 280 -285. I am interested in what others may know. : )
