Agency Staff

Hi- Has anyone used agency staff for clinical documentation improvement?
I have a need for supplemental staff and would appreciate any feedback
from those of us who have used agency.

desperate. :-)

    No we have never used agency nurses for CDI.

    We have brought in nurses from the consulting company we work with. We are currently down 2 positions and will have 2 nurses from them working with us. I believe there are "traveling CDS nurses" as well.
