Pdx for Bleeding Sm Intestinal Ulcer

Adm w/ Ac blood loss anemia due to GIB.  Capsule Endoscopy found "bleeding small intestinal ulcer" and provider tied this to the Ac blood loss anemia.  Since there does not seem to be a combination code for a Small Intestine Ulcer w/ bleeding, should the PDx be the Ulcer or GIB, NOS??

my understanding would be that the ulcer would be the primary since it bled causing the anemia
