Scenario: 71 yo M presents with R sided chest pain with SOB. CT of chest- bilateral pleural effusions. Echo- large R atrial intra-cardiac thrombus. Elevated troponins, but does not say that patient had MI- stated possible elevated due to embolisms. Heparin drip and transferred out.  

Question: Is the intra-cardiac thrombus coded I51.3?
