We recently updated our 3M 360 software.  Since the update, if I as the manager go in and make any edits within the query (while auditing records) the query author defaults to me.  We've submitted a ticket to 3M on this but am wondering if any other sites are having this issue?  If this is the functionality going forward, it is going to change our workflows quite a bit as we frequently cover for one another but also track individual and site metrics across five sites. Thanks,

    As manager, I have found if I go into any patient record and adjust anything, the account then becomes assigned to me and falls off the other CDI RNs list.

    There is a hotfix for this issue from 3M-- we installed it and haven't had this issue since then. We are still noticing that when someone goes into the query that they may be listed as the "response recipient" but the query author is at least staying intact so we can report individual metrics.
