Impact of malnutrition on a case?

on behalf of my management, I was asked to to see if anyone is aware how to pull up data showing how documenting malnutrition can impact CMI/SOI/ROM etc.
Since, it is often coded as a secondary diagnosis, and often it is not the only cc/mcc on the case, how can one calculate the impact? Also, considering that it could come with any DRG or APR-DRG, how is this possible to calculate?
As far as SOI/ROM score, I think it can be visible for cases that are APR-DRG, but I am not sure how that data could be extracted.
Has any one of you had experience getting that data?
Secondarily, do any of your Registered Dietitians send quires on malnutrition.
