Electronically generated queries

Has anyone experienced an electronically generated query process?  We have someone interested in having us use them.

    I'm not totally clear, do you mean CDI putting a query into the system for the attending to answer and sign?  We have been doing them that way for some time. Or when you say "electronically generated" maybe that pertains to something more?
