Electronically generated queries

Has anyone experienced an electronically generated query process?  We have someone interested in having us use them.

    I would also be interested in hearing thoughts on this from folks who are using it. We have a product that is capable of auto generated queries but that makes me a bit nervous for a number of reasons so we are not planning to turn that feature on or may have the auto query sent to the CDI staff first for review before going to the providers.
