APR DRG V35 Compared V36

Hello CDI Community,

Has anyone compared the October 1st 2018 APR DRG  v35 to v36?  I have experienced a  major decrease in relative weights, have you? 

Example: APR DR  175

V35 relative weight 4.9607

V36 relative weight 3.7659

Difference -1.1948 relative weight

I am looking for any insight if this was expected or an overwhelming find.
