telephone transfer notes

When a patient is transferred from an outside hospital, am I able to use the information in the telephone transfer note in my queries? They often contain baseline labs and information on patient status at time of transfer.

You can use the information from outside hospitals as clinical indicators for queries, just can’t directly code from.
