Vasogenic edema

Can cerebral edema be coded when only vasogenic edema is documented? By definition, vasogenic edema is indeed cerebral edema. There is no code that I can find for vasogenic.

There is a I-9 coding clinic that recommends coding cerebral edema when Vasogenic edema is documented. CCQ12019p8
