It didn't post as its shown in the record. They use Healthcare associated Pneumonia as a title and they post the rest underneath.

not enough ... coding rules stipulate that the physician has to make the link between causative organism and condition

I agree with cffernandez44@gmail.com. Must have pneumonia d/t organism.

I agree - the causative organism needs to be linked to the pneumonia - just because its found in the sputum does not mean it is the source of the pneumonia being treated.
