Does anyone know of a standard percentage of overall  new reviews expected daily? so if we have 50 new reviews - what would be expected % to complete as a team- 85%, 90%,95%.

We are reporting this as a monthly Service Level agreement to leadership about the % of new reviews done each month.

We currently use 90 % but we think this is a high percentage. we review all providers and have problems meeting this since we do not have coverage 7 days a week.
