Myocardial Injury

Based on the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, Fourth Universal definition of Myocardial Infarction (2018), the term Myocardial Injury was introduced as a diagnosis for elevated troponins which does not have a code assignment.  Our physicians have not adopted this term yet but if they do, we have decided it would result in a query. Does anybody have any advice on how to write a query / what choices you would give?  Or any other advice on how to approach this?  What are other facilities doing?Thank You,Christine Butka RN MSNManager Clinical Documentation Improvement
