Axillary vein DVT in patient with PICC line

Patient presented to the ED c/o right arm pain/swelling and PICC line had stopped working.  Ultrasound of the RUE showed non-occlusive DVT in the axillary vein.  PICC line was removed and was started on Eliquis. 

I'm confused if this is coded to T82.868A (Vascular complication due to prosthetic devices, implants and grafts or T80.1XXA (Vascular complications following infusion, transfusion and theraputic injection)?

Appreciate suggestions.

    If documentation clearly states that the PICC line is the cause of the DVT, I would use the T82.868A (Vascular complication due to prosthetic devices, implants and grafts). If documentation does not clearly state that the PICC is the cause of the DVT a query should be sent.
