Coding question re: hypoalbuminemia and nephrotic syndrome

Hi everyone, 

I was wondering what other hospitals do when it comes to coding hypoalbuminemia in a patient with a diagnosis of nephrotic syndrome? The hypoalbuminemia is in the context of the nephrotic syndrome, so do you only take the nephrotic syndrome code because hypoalbuminemia is a manifestation of that? Or would still take both codes since there isn't an exclusion?
