KDIGO criteria in a CV query
The facility I work at uses KDIGO criteria for AKI diagnosis. At times a clinical validation query is needed due to the patient's creatinine not decreasing the 1.5x needed.
In the query asking for more clinical information can you ask in the query body .... "Would you please confirm and provide any additional relevant information or KDIGO criteria to support the diagnosis" ?
If the hospital uses the KDIGO criteria, does it become leading asking for it?
