ClinIntell predictive analysis scoring
Hello, Do any of you use ClinIntell? If you find a decline in the documentation score or opportunities for a physician or physician group, are you auditing any charts? Are you identifying other factors that have decreased the documentation score? Are you able to show an actual gap in documentation or just the predicted gap? What additional measures are you taking?
