Aortic Atherosclerosis in Outpatient

Can anyone help clarification for Aortic Atherosclerosis, calcification, aneurysm, and ectasia. I know it can be coded from Diagnostic on a chest x-ray or lumbar spine x-ray but can you code calcification from a "Xray for left knee"? Any help would be appreciated.
