Hi all - We are starting up an outpatient primary care practice CDI program.  When providers got through their, "Just one more thing I have to do, I don't get paid anything extra, this benefits only the organization" statements, what were your answers when they asked, "what's in it for me?"  I shared better reflection of how ill their patients are, visits will be more organized, etc.  How did you answer their statements?
