Does anyone have any scorecards that they use to educate providers about their documentation and/or documentation performance measures.

    We started our scorecards in January.  They have landed with some big impact.  We have started a STAR documentation program - after receiving 5 stars the clinician receives a $5 give certificate from the cafeteria.

    I just came here to post this exact thing.  Does anyone have a "scorecard" template they provide to physicians?  I have all the data, but just wondered if anyone had a nice template to present to the groups.
