We have noted with the expansion of TAVR that meet criteria for implant, with a decrease of MCC impact.
Some patients are now being "optimized" prior to implant admission, can acute CHF be captured on these accounts?
How long is considered within date range to capture this ? - > 2 weeks prior noted in documentation ?
