Any CDI Program currently utilizing Epic Difficulty Scoring?  If so, please share:

  1. Development/Implementation/Functionality/Accuracy
  2. Reason/Goal for its use
  3. Value added to program (especially in remote productivity-based program)
  4. Successes, or Fails
  5. Any other helpful information

Our program is in process of integrating this, so am seeking real-time feedback. Greatly appreciate input!    ~Kathy
