OP NOTE Findings:
Small bowel obstruction secondary to dense adhesive band causing an internal hernia. In addition, there was a nest of small bowel distal to the obstruction with extensive interloop adhesions notable for significant luminal narrowing.
Procedures done: Lysis of adhesion, Reduction of internal hernia, segmental small bowel resection at the site of the luminal narrowing.
