Respiratory component of SOFA
Good Morning,
I'm hoping someone can shed some light in understanding the SOFA scoring ruberic.
The calculations used are PaO2/FIO2 (mm Hg) or SaO2/FIO2.
Can SpO2 be used in place of SaO2?
Are there any other respiratory values that can be substituted for SaO2?
Are there any other respiratory values that can be substituted for PaO2?
