Work lists during COVID 19

Hi- looking for suggestions on work lists/ work flow during COVID19. With elective procedures on halt and the formation of COVID units/floors, how are your CDI departments splitting up the work lists? We are unit based so with no surgeries, our hospital has cleared out the 5th floor and turned the 4th floor into a COVID unit. This leaves 2 of our CDI with no patients on their work list in 360. 
Any creative ideas on how you are reorganizing worklists in similar situation?
