nursing documentation

Does anyone have a tip sheet or article that they may have used to share with nursing departments reagarding how their documentation can help coding? I have came up with a few things but want to make sure I am not missing anything. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

    We haven't put anything formal together, but on one of my floors I attend a team meeting twice a week. The charge nurse attends this meeting. I ask questions frequently regarding blood transfusions, stages of decubitus ulcers, etc. I use it as a time to educate as we go through eachbpatient.

    I would love to see you tip sheet - always looking for helpful tools regarding documentation.
