How are programs computing their query rates? Are you using both concurrent and retrospective queries when you calculate your rate?

I take each CDI's total records reviewed divided by the number of queries. so 300 records a month divided by 30 queries equals 10% query rate. Hope that helps.

I use the numbers of queries sent and each initial review. Each record counts only once.
So if a CDI did 50 initial reviews and sent 10 queries, it's a 20% query rate.

Hello, we calculate the same way as Erica. 200 initial reviews /300 subsequent reviews/ 80 Q .80/200=40% query rate
